Regardless of your fitness goals, age, or overall lifestyle, stretch therapy techniques help to increase your range of motion and flexibility, improve performance, improve blood circulation and reduce your overall risk of injury, chronic pain, tension, and general wellness. Your session is tailored to your specific needs.

A method used is Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) which is a more advanced form of flexibility training. PNF involves both stretching and contracting (activation) of the muscle group being targeted in order to achieve maximum static flexibility. This method is used to improve muscle elasticity and it has been shown to have a positive effect on active and passive range of motion

Mindset and Meditation practice

Our brain is like any another muscle that requires exercise and strengthening; being still and simply witnessing the process of our mind can be challenging, it requires focused time and effort.

Sessions focus on better understanding the mind and slowing down by way of multiple breath-work techniques and guidance which is used to help you create a sustainable practice that works for you.

For those who are looking for a support system to help them transition to healthier habits. Nancy coaches you through mental blocks and difficulties you may be having to help you stay motivated and progress towards personal goals.

This sacred session will give you a framework to assist your body in self-healing.

Reiki combined with Sound Healing and other energetic modalities will help you release stress by bringing your body and mind into a state of homeostasis.

Reiki is based on the philosophy that an unseen energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive - our Qi energy.

If one’s “life force energy” is depleted, more than just the mind is affected; they are also physically impacted and may experience a propensity towards illness or stress.

The ancient vibrational medicine of Sound Healing utilizes tuning forks, alchemy bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, rattles and other instruments to take you into a meditative state.

This therapy calms nerves, stimulates the lymphatic system, and helps in healing trauma. The sound healing waves penetrate on a cellular level and bring harmony and balance to your body/spirit as well as resetting cellular patterns.
