What makes Nancy’s teaching special is her wide range of knowledge, her positive energy, and her ability to cater to what I need. One day I’ll want a mixture of Vinyasa flow and Hatha, another day I’ll ask for restorative with guided meditation. No class is the same, and I constantly learn new poses that she will incorporate into practice seamlessly. I also love the playlists she uses for class, the music adds to the great energy of her sessions. I highly recommend taking either private or group classes with Nancy.
